How Rowan Tests Crypto Casinos

I ended up covering verification because of how many complaints I read that came down to the same thing: somebody told a site was no-KYC, discovering at withdrawal that it was not, and having no documents ready when the request arrived. The operator had usually done nothing wrong. The information had simply never been presented anywhere the player would see it.

So this page is built around the questions operators are least keen to answer. What will you be asked for, at what point, in what format, how long does review take, and will they ask again? I fund every account myself, log each request and time each review. Where a site advertises one thing and its terms say another, I go with the terms and say so.

I am based in Boise. If a site's verification behaviour does not match what I published, email me — I would rather re-test and correct the page than defend a figure.

The Method in Short

Fund the account personally. Play. Request a withdrawal. Log the submission time, the approval time and the arrival time as three separate numbers. Rank on the middle one, because it is the only number the operator controls. Re-test when a reader reports something different.
